Ford 5.4L Triton V8 spark plug removal is the most commonly damaged repair in our industry. The two-piece plug design (Ford 2004-2008) allows carbon deposits to fuse the plug to the head. Removing it without proper technique snaps the plug off in the head, requiring costly extraction. We use the correct Ford service procedure and tooling every time.
Ford 6.0L Powerstroke diesel requires EGR cooler replacement and head stud upgrades as a package repair. The factory head bolts stretch under the high cylinder pressures — replacing the cooler without upgrading the studs causes head gasket failure within 30,000 miles.
